November Update
I am excited to announce that I am over 90% of my needed support! I am planning on leaving at the beginning of the year for language school. I am super excited and nervous. Please be praying for my next upcoming steps that I would be able to get everything ready to go.
It’s crazy to think that deputation is coming to an end, but it’s time for the next step in my life. I am so grateful for every church I have been able to present in and the blessing each one has been to me. I am so thankful for my current supporters and for all you do. With your support I can finally do what God wants me to do!
As I was leaving Texas the other day a thought came to my mind. The life of a missionary is a life of goodbyes. As missionaries we travel to hundreds of churches and meet thousands of people. After each church meeting and after meeting all the church folk we ultimately have to say goodbye. It’s hard saying goodbye to all of these good people, but I have to realize that one day all of us Christians will be reunited in heaven one day.
Also, I will be having another surgery on my shoulder as I have dislocated it several times since the first one. This procedure is supposed to be a whole lot more secure as they are grafting in a bone and extra tissue to hopefully prevent it from future dislocations. I would appreciate your prayers for a speedy and successful recovery. A praise is that my healthcare paid for it!
